I think there's ignorance about what the Church leaders are saying about the charismatic movement. There's absolutely no doubt it is a movement of God in His people, but there have also been excesses and there are some who swell with pride in the sinful sense, looking down on others who are not involved and so appear to not be as dedicated. The adversary likes to take occasion from these kinds of things to try to bring dissension in the Church, trying to make as many as possible leave the Church and God due to confusion. Yet God is not a God of confusion, but of order. May God protect us from ourselves and bring us together to realize Jesus' prayer that we all be one. report abuse
