Catholic Networkers

Three years ago Wes noticed a lady at the gym that went to our church, St Martha's in Murrieta, CA, and said hello. Each week he'd see her at mass and at the gym and they would exchange pleasantries and go about their business. Then one morning at the gym he noticed she was upset stopped to ask her if things were OK. She explained to him that she was a single mom and had paid a man nearly $3,000 to paint her home only to have him skip town with her money. Little did she know that the head usher at the 9 am mass we attended was not only a trustworthy member of the Knights of Columbus but he also owned his own painting business. If there was a site and network such as Catholic Networkers at the time she would have had her home painted with care and attention and Jeff would have had a happy client, reference and friend for life. Additionally, our faith community would have grown just a little bit stronger because of that new business relationship rooted in our rich Catholic faith. Our goal is to see that such a travesty never happens again. God is community, therefore, as we strengthen our faith and business communities we are living as God lives. Welcome to our new Catholic Networkers community.
