Hi everyone! Thanks for checking out my FOLIO. I'm excited to be a part of 4Marks and look forward to making new friends and connecting with you all. I'm newly married to my wonderful husband, Peter Weinert, and we live in the D.C. Metro area.
A little bit about me -
I'm the oldest of 8 kids, so growing up there was never a dull moment around our house :). I'm a convert to Catholicism - my dad was a Presbyterian minister, and my entire family entered the Catholic Church in 1990.
Since graduating from college in '03, I have worked full time in young adult outreach. I'm the coordinator of NextWave Faithful, which is the young adult division of Family Life Center International. In addition to my writing, speaking, and outreach to young adults, I work with the EWTN Radio Network to bring you the first worldwide talk radio show for Catholic young adults, called "NextWave Live". As a single Catholic, I know first hand both the struggles and the joys of serving Christ as a single person, and it has been an honor to work with Catholic Match over the past couple years and see so many single Catholics come together and encourage each other through this site.
